What is the difference between Full Bar and meal replacement bars

 

Meal replacement bars are fortified with vitamins and minerals to replace a whole meal. Full Bar is not meant to replace a meal but it is to be used to fill you up before your meal so you eat less at meals times.

What is Full Bar

Full Bar gives you a sense of fullness, especially before your main meal. As a result, although you eat what you want, you will not eat as much.  We designed Full Bar to control hunger, with a similar principle to gastric banding, but without the surgery.

How it works

Simply drink a Full Shake or eat a Full Bar with a glass of water 30 minutes before your 2 biggest meals of the day. They fill up part of the stomach so by meal time you will need less food to fill up. Your stomach tells the brain “Stop, I’m full”.

When to use

Use Full Bar and Full Shakes to help you lose weight and manage your weight. Full Bar or Full Shake is best eaten 12 times per week. This plan allows for two bars per day or 2 shakes or 1 bar and 1 shake on each of the weekdays, Monday through to Friday
